There is gold in these hills, but there is also liquid gold...WATER GALORE! Not only do you have pre-1914 water rights to the Trinity River with canal fed irrigation, keeping the pastures green and fertile, there are also deeded water rights to the two year round creeks on the property. The Trinity Center Airport is just 15 minutes away and the county maintained paved road makes access very convenient, while extremely private. Fishing, hunting, hiking, horseback riding, and just about everything nature can offer is all here.
